Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice describes how Morteza Riahi (the "Operator", "we") processes information in connection with the website at quantumfieldmotion.com (the "Site") and any reference made on the Site to the Quantum Field Motion non-fungible token collection (the "Collection"). The Site is an independent educational and artistic project; it does not require an account, login, form submission, payment, or wallet connection in order to be used.

1. Personal Data We Process

The Site is a static website. The Operator does not, in the current version of the Site, intentionally collect personal data through:

If you choose to contact the Operator at info@quantumfieldmotion.com, the email address you write from and the content of your message will be processed for the purpose of replying to your inquiry.

2. Local Browser Preferences

To remember settings such as the selected colour theme, the Site may store small values in your browser's local storage. These values remain on your device, are not transmitted to the Operator as a profile, and can be cleared from your browser at any time.

3. Hosting, CDN, and Server Logs

The Site is delivered through standard web infrastructure, which currently includes Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, and security. Like most web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare automatically processes a limited amount of technical information when your browser requests a page, including: IP address, requested URL, HTTP method and status, browser and device user-agent, timestamp, traffic-routing data, and security signals. This processing is necessary in order to deliver the Site to you, to mitigate abuse and denial-of-service attempts, and to keep the service available. Cloudflare acts as the Operator's processor for this purpose.

The Operator does not, of its own initiative, build behavioural profiles or sell user data to third parties.

4. Cookies

The Site does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare or a hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies in order to protect the Site, manage traffic, verify legitimate requests, or maintain availability. Such cookies are limited to what is necessary for the operation of the service.

5. NFTs, Wallets, and the Blockchain

The Collection is implemented by a public smart contract on Ethereum mainnet. Information about token ownership, transfers, and on-chain transactions is, by the nature of public blockchains, publicly visible and permanent. Such information is not controlled by the Operator and cannot be modified, deleted, or anonymised by us, by any marketplace, or by any third party.

If you connect a wallet to a third-party marketplace (for example, OpenSea) in order to view, buy, sell, or transfer a token, that marketplace processes your wallet address and on-chain activity according to its own privacy policy. The Operator has no access to, and no control over, the data practices of those third parties. Always review the privacy policies of any marketplace, wallet, or RPC provider you use.

The Operator never asks for, never receives, and never stores your wallet seed phrase or private keys. The Operator will never contact you to request such information; any message claiming otherwise is fraudulent.

6. Off-Chain Asset Storage (Arweave)

Token metadata, images, and the generative renderer are stored on the Arweave permanent storage network. Arweave is a public, decentralised network; data published to it is, by design, openly accessible and permanent. The Operator does not collect personal data from visitors who fetch these assets from Arweave gateways. Gateways operated by third parties may apply their own logging practices.

7. International Transfers

Because the Site is delivered via a global content-delivery network, your browser may connect to servers located outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom. Cloudflare maintains its own framework for cross-border transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

8. Children

The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). The Operator does not knowingly process personal data from such children. If you believe a child has provided personal data via email, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Retention

Server-level technical data (such as IP-address-bearing access logs) is retained by infrastructure providers for the period necessary for security and operational purposes, in line with their own retention schedules. Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to address your inquiry and to maintain a record of communications.

10. Your Rights

Subject to your local data-protection law (including, where applicable, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation), you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw any consent you have given. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Please note that the Operator cannot delete or modify on-chain data, because such data is stored on a public blockchain that is outside our control.
